Fring, a free mobile application that supports a number of popular chat services, has announced a new low-cost calling service called fringOut.
The fringOut service lets users call any landline or mobile phone in the world for "almost free," with prices as low as $0.1 per minute.
FringOut is currently supported on Nokia Symbian S60 devices, more devices will be supported soon.
